Description:
This service call is for a 2-hour minimum at $300.00 plus $150.00 per hour for additional time. This service can be used for a variety of home repair tasks, such as:
Fixing leaky pipes
Troubleshooting electrical problems
General handyman work
Painting
Drywall repair
Minor carpentry To build you your Dream Home
Tile work
Deck Repair

Please be prepared to describe the problem in detail so that I can give you an accurate estimate.
I will bring all of the tools and materials necessary to complete the job.
I am fully insured and bonded.

We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
I can also provide emergency service after hours for an additional fee.
Pricing:
$300.00 for the first 2 hours
$150.00 per hour for additional time
$100.00 extra for 2nd Man if job requires
Travel time is charged at $50.00 per hour
